How to Download Footage from the Luma View App

Step 1: Open Luma View App.

Step 2: Select the camera you want to download footage from and then choose the Remote Playback icon at the bottom.

Step 3: Select the date and time of the footage you want to save:

Step 4: Tap on the screen of the camera view which will provide more options and tap the scissors icon:

Step 5: Choose the duration of footage you want to download and then tap Start Download.

Step 6: To access the downloaded footage, tap the icon in the top left of the Luma View App and then select File. You can then share the footage from there.

Note: If the file is larger than 25mb you will not be able to send/share via email. You will need to put it onto an external hard drive or upload to a cloud storage service such as OneDrive, Google Drive, etc. and then share it from that service.
