Power the Halo remote off. The screen should remain off while pressing the buttons in the following steps.
Press and hold the Back button, and continue holding until the end of the reset process.
Press and hold the Power button until the screen powers on, then release the Power button.
Wait until the screen displays the FTUE (First Time User Experience) QR code, then release the Back button.
