Step 1: Call 855-792-7953 – Give them your name and account number. Have them put the system on test for the desired amount of time.
Step 2: After the system is confirmed it’s on test arm the security system.
Step 3: Once it is armed, intentionally set the alarm off and let it sound for about 30 seconds then punch your code in to disarm it and clear the alarm.
Step 4: Once you have done this call the number back (855-792-7953) and verify that they received the signal.
- If they did receive the signal, it means the alarm is transmitting signals properly and it should be good.
