To access the Control4 customer portal go to customer.control4.com

Once logged in you will see the status of your account. Below is information regarding each tab on the page:

 

My Home:

  • Account Status.
  • 4Sight status and if you would like to subscribe.
    1. 4Sight - voice control, automation personalization, alerts and notifications, and remote access while you’re away to ensure that you are connected at all times.

My Automation:

My Account:

  • My Account – User, account information, permissions that are allowed.
  • My Profile – Change the name on the account, email, permissions, update the password.
  • Users & Devices – Shows all users on the account. Allows you to add and remove users. Also shows all devices linked to the account such as smartphones and tablets. You can delete old devices if they are no longer used.
  • My System:
  • Shows your main controller, when it was activated, last checked in, and the software of the system.
  • Backups – Available backups of the system.
  • Smart Home Pro:

This shows you the status of who your dealer is for Control4.
