Unable to Login to the Control 4 App

  1. Verify your login credentials at customer.control4.com
  2. Verify the Control 4 app is up to date.
  3. If you do not know your password click Forgot Password:
  4. Enter your email and click Reset Password:
  5. You will then receive an email to reset your password.
  6. If you do not receive an email, or are still having problems logging in notify us.
