The Apple TV IP C4 control fix can be done without the customers IOS device.

We should be able to assist customers over the phone if the customer has their Apple TV remote or is able to control the Apple TV via their phone. This was tested multiple times onsite and confirmed it worked without redoing bridge and home setup.

Step 1: Remove the room from the HomeKit in the Apple TV. Then exit out of the menu.

Step 2: Power cycle the Apple TV.

Step 3: Go back in the menu and reselect the room for HomeKit.

Step 4: It will now reappear in the Apple TV driver in Composer, select the Apple TV and it should now be back online.

How to get to the Room Options:

Step 1: Go to the Apple TV and open the Settings menu.

Step 2: Verify that you're connected to iCloud with the same Apple ID that's signed into HomeKit in the Home app.

Step 3: On the Apple TV go back to settings and select AirPlay and HomeKit.

Step 4: Navigate to the Room Options.
